  • If in an official match a player plays with the wrong nickname or on a smurf-account(An alternate account used by a known or experienced user in order to deceptively self-present as someone naïve or less experienced.), the result is still valid unless it is evident that it is not the player that was supposed to play that match.

This includes two halves of play and any time the referee adds on to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. In other words 90 minutes of play plus injury time. It does not include periods of extra time, golden goal, nor penalty shootouts.
  • If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited to: first goalscorer, if a goal has been score; first half wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.

Wager Type Rules

  • Moneyline involving a Tie -This is listed under the moneyline column and is sometimes referred to as a 3-way line because the bettor has three choices: Team A, Team B, or a Tie (Draw). This type of wagering makes sense because during the regular season it is possible for a match to end in a tie. If you wager on any team in this scenario and the outcome of the match in regulation time is a tie, the wager is a loss. If you wager on the tie, and one of the teams wins in regulation time, the wager is a loss.
  • Goal line: This is listed under the spread column. Here the bettor wagers on their team to cover the spread in Regulation Time.

    Example 1
AC Milan -10 Sampdoria +10 If AC Milan wins by 2 or more goals on Regulation Time, Milan bettors win their bet and Sampdoria bettors lose. If Milan wins only by one goal, ties the game, or loses in Regulation Time, Sampdoria bettors win.
    Example 2
AC Milan -1 Sampdoria +1 If AC Milan wins by 2 or more goals in Regulation Time, Milan bettors win their bet and Sampdoria bettors lose. If Milan Ties or Loses, then Sampdoria bettors win their bets. If Milan wins exactly by one goal, all bettors receive a refund.
  • Asian Handicap:
  • Asian handicap splits the bet on two parts, for example:

    Spread:

    • TEAM A -1.25 -110
    • TEAM B +1.25 -110

If you wager $10 on TEAM A -1.25-110 the bet will split like this:

    $5 on TEAM A -1-110 and $5 on TEAM A -1.5-110.

If you wager on TEAM B +1.25-110 you get $5 on TEAM B +1-110 and $5 TEAM B +1.5-110, the result on the final score will determine if you win, draw or lose each part.

    Total:

    • TEAM A o2.25-110
    • TEAM B u2.25-110

If you wager $10 on the match total o2.25-110 the bet will split like this:

$5 on o2-110 and $5 o2.5-110, if you wager on u2.25-110, you get $5 on u2-110 and $5 on u2.5-110, the result on the final score will determine if you win, draw or lose each part.

    Line examples:

    Spreads:

    • TEAM A -0.25 = PK and -0.5
    • TEAM B +0.25 = PK and +0..5

    • TEAM A -0.75 = -0.5 and -1
    • TEAM B +0.75 = +0.5 and +1

    • TEAM A -1.25 = -1 and -1.5
    • TEAM B +1.25 = +1 and +1.5

    Totals:

    • o2.25 = o2 and o2.5
    • u2.25 = u2 and u2.5

    • o2.75 = o2.5 and o3
    • u2.75 = u2.5 and u3

    • o3.25 = o3 and o3.5
    • u3.25 = u3 and u3.5

  • Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.
  • Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.
  • Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.
  • PK Line Wagering: This type of wagering is on PK Lines with odds to pick a winner on the game with No Tie included. The Team must win in Regulation Time in order for the bettor to win the bet. In case of a Tie in Regulation Time, all money is refunded. Regulation Time must be fully completed for wagers to be valid or stand.
  • Total Goals - Wagering on game totals (over/under) only includes goals scored in Regulation Time. Regulation Time must be fully completed in order for wagers on Total to be valid.
  • Proposition Wagering -All proposition wagers are for regulation time only(90 minutes of play + stoppage time). This includes: a) Correct Score - Where you must correctly predict the final score of the game. b) First Goal Scorer - Where you must correctly predict who scores the first goal c) This also applies to props such as red card, yellow card, corners, first substitute or others that may be added.
  • Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition: Bets are paid out on the referee's final whistle at the match's natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.
    a) In a one-leg match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, poor field conditions, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body. Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiture, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.
    b) In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams 'to qualify' or 'to advance' are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.

HORSES

Any manipulation of pools wagers will be void.

The house will honor all wagers placed up until the official off time. Any tickets placed after the official off time will be voided and the wager amount will be refunded regardless of the circumstances. All bet confirmations received by phone after the official off time will be invalid.

Payouts have house limits. Check if you do not know them.

Once you confirm a bet online, your decision is considered final.

In the event there is a wager made with no track results or payout information posted, the wager will be refunded. If a track cancels an exotic due to a reduced field or otherwise all bets will result in a refund only. In the event our data provides a bet type that was not available at the track it will result in a refund only.

Multi race and multi horse exotics – We will only pay the official winning combinations in multi race and multi horse exotics. In the event a ticket pays on "all" the customer will receive a payout only if he or she has the correct combination. If a customer does indeed have the correct combination he or she will receive a payout up to the cap amount of that particular exotic.

The house does not offer Consolation payouts. We are not a pari-mutuel outfit therefore we are not obligated to return money via a consolation payout. All scratches on multi race exotics result in a refund ONLY, you will NOT receive the post time favorite as a consolation.

In the event of a horse being scratched money will be refunded after the race is made official.

Scratches on multi race exotics-Any scratches after the first leg of the multi race ticket that has been completed with a loss will result in a losing ticket. An example would be if your first race lost and your horse in the next race was scratched. Any scratches occurring in the later legs following a winning bet will result in a refund ONLY.

Coupled Horses-Horses that belong to one owner or under one trainer running in the same race are "coupled" together. When you bet on one you also get the other; you get horse 1 and horse 1 a, for example. When one of the coupled horses wins, both horses win. In the event of a scratch you have action, unless both coupled horses scratch.

Field Entry-When there are a large amount of horses running in a race, several horses are grouped together as field horses. For payouts and refunds, the same rules as Coupled Entry apply.

Tickets cannot be graded until the official results have been posted. Funds will be credited to your account usually within 20 minutes after the race has been made official.

When grading bets received by phone a horse name takes preference over program number. An example wiil be, if a customer says give me the #1 Mr.Smith 20/W he has wagered on Mr.Smith regardless of whether he is #1 or not.

HORSE MATCHUPS WAGERING

In matchups between two or more named horses, all horses must go for wagers to have action.

Matchups are determined by horse name. Any track coupling is irrelevant towards determining the winner of a matchup.

In matchups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if and only if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.

The winner of a matchup will be determined by the highest placed finisher involved in the matchup. If no horse finishes, the matchup will be graded no action.

www.equibase.com will be considered as official grading source.

In Horse Match-Ups any Horse that is subsequently Disqualified is demoted to that position.

SNOOKER

Results are based on the official score provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture. Where these are not available or there is evidence that an official score is incorrect, independent sources will be used for determining the result.

  • Frame/Handicap betting- Both players must start the match and the match must be fully completed for action.
  • Match betting- The player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner, as long as both players started the match.
  • Futures bets – Graded on a ‘non-runner no bet’ basis, meaning a player must start the tournament to have action. However, if a player takes part in a qualifying round but fails to reach the main tournament he will be deemed a loser for grading purposes.

DARTS

When betting on the outright tournament winner, all wagers have action; there are no refunds. Should a player withdraw before a tournament begins, any bets on that player to win the tournament will be graded as losses.

Match Wagers: The player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner, providing one of the players has thrown a dart at the start of the first leg. If the first dart is not thrown, all bets will be void.

Sets Wagers: The full number of sets required to win the match must be completed. If for any reason the match is awarded to a contestant before the full number of sets are completed, all Sets wagers on the match will be void.

WRESTLING WAGERING

Wagering on WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) events is only to be done with the understanding that all Management decisions are final for grading purposes. No other rules on the website apply to WWE wagers other than the rules listed below.

Bouts noted as being graded with the "initial ruling" are graded with the initial ruling at the venue. Appeals, reversals of decisions, or bout continuations will not be honored for wagering purposes. All wagers made on selections having the "initial ruling" notation are graded immediately when any announcement of a winner is made at ringside.

All wagers placed on wrestlers match ups, or wrestling team/squad match ups, will stand regardless if another wrestler or anyone else subsequently participates in any way in favor of either party, whether the result is affected or not. Wagers will be graded losers if the selection does not participate. No claims, voids, or concessions will be accepted or honored regardless of the circumstances at hand. Official or unofficial wrestling website results ARE NOT used for grading purposes.

Bouts noted as being graded with "end of broadcast ruling" are graded with the final decision as the pay-per-view broadcast ends. Appeals, reversals of decisions, delayed disqualifications and bout continuations ARE all included for wagering purposes until the pay-per-view broadcast ends.

All wagers made on selections having the "end of broadcast ruling" notation will not be graded until immediately after the pay-per-view broadcast has completed. Exceptions will not be made to grade any of these selections before the event ends. Once the PPV coverage has ended and all options have been verified by management, there will be no grade changes on any bout for any reason. No claims, voids, or concessions will be accepted or honored regardless of the circumstances at hand. Official or unofficial wrestling website results ARE NOT used for grading purposes.

Floorball

If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time or is not completed in full according to regulation time then all bets are deemed no action. All match markets will be settled on the score at the end of regulation time and will exclude overtime if played, unless stated otherwise.

If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
